Child Abuse Reporting Hotline (SCR)
The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) maintains the State Central Register (SCR) Hotline for the reporting of suspected child abuse or maltreatment.

This hotline is available for mandated reporters and the general public to report concerns regarding child safety and welfare in accordance with New York State law.
