Immunization Requirements
New York State requires all students entering or attending school to be immunized in accordance with the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH).

All students must be in compliance with immunization requirements by October 15 or provide documentation of a scheduled appointment to complete required vaccinations.
The NYSDOH is not issuing exemptions due to COVID-19. All students must comply with Public Health Law Section 2164.
Parents/guardians should consult their child’s physician to ensure all immunizations are up to date.
